Luca Businaro, laureato all’università Ca’ Foscari di Venezia nel 1995, ha ricoperto importanti incarichi in E&Y e nel Gruppo Bata Europa. Dal 2007 è CEO e Socio di Novation Tech Spa di Montebelluna, dove ha avviato una strategia di ricollocazione produttiva e di mercato che ha reso l’azienda ad essere oggi leader in Italia e tra i primi 5 player europei nella produzione di componenti in carbonio e materiali compositi, passando da 119 collaboratori a circa 550 in Italia, ed oltre 1300 se si considerano anche le sedi in Ungheria (acquisita nel 2011) e in Croazia (avviata nel 2020). Tra i molti premi ricevuti in questi anni, si ricorda il Veneto Awards di Capital Elite per i Giovani e Territorio per la formazione e le assunzioni presso Novation Tech Spa del 2017. Nel 2022 è nominato Presidente di Certottica Group, leader mondiale per la certificazione nel settore dell’occhialeria ed ente di formazione certificato; dal 2023 è Componente del Consiglio Generale di Confindustria Veneto Est

Since 2007, he has been CEO and shareholder of Novation Tech Spa in Montebelluna, where he initiated a production and market relocation strategy that has made the company a leader in Italy and among the top 5 European players in the production of carbon components and composite materials, growing from 119 employees to around 550 in Italy, and over 1300 if considering the production sites in Hungary (acquired in 2011) and Croatia (started in 2020). Among the many awards he has received in recent years is the Veneto Award from Capital Elite for Youth and Territory for training and recruitment at Novation Tech Spa in 2017. In 2022, he was appointed President of Certottica Group, world leader for certification in the eyewear sector and certified training body; since 2023, he has been a member of the General Council of Confindustria Veneto Est.
