Andrea si laurea In Economia e Gestione Aziendale e inizia il suo percorso alla Gasparini Industries di Istrana nel 2013, divenendo amministratore unico nel 2017. Dal 2023 è impegnato anche nell’impresa di famiglia, Volteco, in cui ricopre il ruolo di Chief Strategy Officer.
