Alice Pretto, classe 1993, è Presidente di Essay Group Srl, con sede in provincia di Padova. Dopo la laurea in Gestione Aziendale presso l’Università degli Studi di Trento nel 2015, ha conseguito un Master in Management dell’Innovazione presso la CUOA Business School. Dopo qualche tirocinio in settori diversi e una breve esperienza a Dublino, a 24 anni è entrata in azienda come Amministratore Unico.

Ha gestito momenti cruciali dell’azienda riportandola nel 2019 sotto il totale controllo della famiglia. Nel 2024 ha acquisito insieme al fratello Luca l’azienda di famiglia, completando formalmente il passaggio generazionale. Nel suo percorso associativo a 27 anni è eletta stata Presidente del Gruppo Giovani Imprenditori di Confindustria Veneto Est per le provincie di Padova, Treviso, Rovigo e Venezia e da Novembre 2024 è stata eletta Vicepresidente nazionale dei Giovani Imprenditori di Confindustria. Alice Pretto, born in 1993, is President of Essay Group Srl, based in the province of Padua. After graduating in Business Management from the University of Trento in 2015, she obtained a Master in Innovation Management from the CUOA Business School. After some internships in different sectors and a brief experience in Dublin, at 24 she joined the company as Sole Director.
She managed crucial moments of the company, bringing it back under total family control in 2019. In 2024 she acquired the family business together with her brother Luca, formally completing the generational transition. During her associative journey, at 27 she was elected President of the Young Entrepreneurs Group of Confindustria Veneto Est for the provinces of Padua, Treviso, Rovigo and Venice and since November 2024 she has been elected National Vice President of the Young Entrepreneurs of Confindustria.
