Grazia Giacobone opera in OP Srl dal 2007, azienda manifatturiera di Brescia specializzata nella produzione di attrezzature per la preparazione di tubi oleodinamici. Dopo un iniziale incarico come Area Manager, ha ricoperto il ruolo di Project Manager nella filiale cinese, assumendone nel 2016 la carica di General Manager e Legale Rappresentante.

Dal 2015 segue inoltre la start up commerciale negli Stati Uniti, dove è Vice Presidente. Dal 2022 è Direttrice Operations della casa madre, mantenendo incarichi di governance nelle filiali estere. Ha completato un Master in Project Management e percorsi di specializzazione in Coaching dei Team Interculturali e Coaching Dinamico.
