Otello Dalla Rosa ha 55 anni, è sposato da 25 e padre di tre figli. Dopo la maturità scientifica e la laurea in fisica, ha frequentato numerosi corsi di formazione in management sia presso il CUOA che la SDA Bocconi. Ha iniziato a lavorare in Armes Spa nel 1994, azienda vicentina che operava nei sistemi di magazzinaggio, i fino a diventarne, nel 2008, direttore generale. Nel 2011 ha assunto la direzione generale di Ferretto Group Spa, ruolo che ha occupato fino al 2017. Tra il 2012 e il 2017 è stato amministratore unico di AIM Energy di Vicenza e consigliere di amministrazione in Soenergy. Nel 2018 una nuova sfida, come direttore generale e amministratore delegato di Euromeccanica Group. Nell’aprile del 2021 è rientrato in Ferretto Group Spa con l’incarico di Direttore Generale e consigliere delegato. Da febbraio 2023, dopo una complessa operazione di leveraged buyout, ha rilevato la maggioranza delle quote di Armes Spa di cui è ora Presidente e Amministratore Delegato.
Otello Dalla Rosa is 55 years old, married for 25 years, and is the father of three children. After completing his scientific studies and obtaining a degree in Physics, he attended numerous management training courses both at CUOA and SDA Bocconi. He began working at Armes Spa in 1994, a company in Vicenza that operated in warehousing systems, until becoming its General Manager in 2008. In 2011, he took on the role of General Manager of Ferretto Group Spa, a position he held until 2017. Between 2012 and 2017, he was the sole Director of AIM Energy in Vicenza and a member of the board of directors at Soenergy. In 2018, he embarked on a new challenge as the General Manager and Managing Director of Euromeccanica Group. In April 2021, he returned to Ferretto Group Spa as the General Manager and board director. Since February 2023, following a complex leveraged buyout, he has acquired the majority of shares in Armes Spa, of which he is now the President and CEO.
