By registering for the Event, with respect to the images (still and\/or moving) collected during the Event, including any voice recordings of speeches, also for the purposes of the legislation on the rights relating to photographs and portraits (L. no. 633\/1941, in particular art. 96 and 97 and art. 10 of the Civil Code), I HEREBY DECLARE \u25cf to authorize Post Eventi, organizer of the Event, to use and disseminate the material portraying me, freely and by any means (print, cable, over-the-air, DTV, satellite, web, social networks, etc.), without restriction throughout the world, and for the duration of legal protection, as sanctioned in each country of the world (it being understood that Post Events guarantees that the uses of the material will be compatible with the themes and content covered during the Event) and to keep it in its archives; \u25cf to waive, as of now, any and all claims and demands, including those of an economic nature, with respect to future uses of the same, against Post Eventi and\/or its successors in title, and to be aware and accept that any claim is satisfied by the opportunity to take part in the Event; \u25cf to exonerate Post Eventi and\/or its assignees from liability for any detrimental and\/or illicit use that may be committed by third parties; \u25cf to be aware and accept that Post Eventi and\/or its assignees have the right not to operate any control, prior and\/or subsequent to the dissemination of the same (except for the right to object to the processing of personal data).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
